The planter box is well made
The planter box is well made, but your use of spray foam as a packing method is appalling. Wasteful and a hassle to dispose of.

Hi Bonnie. Thank you for your comment. These planters as well as about a dozen other items we represent are made by a shop in ID that ships them already completed with no assembly or very little assembly needed on your part. Over the years they have sustained an extreme amount of damage due to the lack of care by the carriers. So that our customer's could receive items in the condition they expect, the hard decision was made to package and ship this way. This was after exhausting a number of other packaging strategies. We are so sorry for the inconvenience in getting into the box but do hope that you enjoy your planters for many years. Holly
