Was great will let you know when I get the product.

I spent over $3k from this company. The parts they sent for assembly did not work. Stripped screws. Can’t finish the project. I sent a video to them. No results. Then I go back to look at all the reviews on the site, which came only through a third party and customers can’t post them on their site. Deceptive because they would not have all of these good reviews. I want to send all this stuff back. I am beyond frustrated

Fantastic company and products. I purchased a log swing and it came quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service was great and they even shipped for free. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. A company that cares about its customers is rare but these guys do.
