1) when I search by product #initial impressions are not great
1) when I search by product #, I shouldn’t have 133 results. That’s the entire point of searching by product number right? 2) The spelling and grammar of your emails is pretty embarrassing and does not show professionalism 3) asking for a review before I am even given a shipping notification is pretty gutsy in assuming I would be truthful in the review

Hi There. Thank you so much for your comments. Just this week, we moved to a new platform and are working through some things so your comment about the number of search results is very timely. What item number were you looking for, if I might ask? This could help us in regards to correcting the system. In regards to the spelling/grammar, if you would be willing to share with us which email your are referring to, that would also be helpful to us. And then the review is an automatic thing from Trustpilot. This is for service only and not a product review request. You will receive another one in a few weeks once you have received your item to give that review, if you wish. Feel free to reply here if you don't mind sharing information on the above or feel free to email us at [email protected]. Have a great weekend. Holly
