Very easy to navigate web site and to place order. It was explained at time of order that there is a long lead time for production and delivery, but this was OK with us because we ordered well in advance of when we would be able to use the furniture in the spring. Delivery estimate was mid-April, and order was delivered April 8.

Service was outstanding. Made calls to the vendor to check stack availability. I was able to get 3 side tables for our new pool when all other sites ad local stores had no inventory. Call them for all your outdoor needs.

Hi Charles. Thank you so much for your review. If you are short on slats on the second one and you need them, please reach out to us direct at [email protected]. I don't know if there has been a design change and the assembly instructions weren't updated or not. But we certainly want you to have a complete planter!

Excellent customer service!!! One piece of our order didn’t arrive with the rest. According to their records it was shipped, but somehow it never made it here. I spoke with a super nice representative and they promptly (and I mean PROMPTLY) sent a replacement. We recently bought a fixer-upper home and more often than not we’ve had problems with customer service. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that does the right thing!!!
