Purchased a replacement for a table…
Purchased a replacement for a table purchased around 25 years ago. It spent the last ten years with no protection from Northern weather and finally started to go. Two chairs purchased at the same are under an outdoor roof and doing fine. Happy to find the same style is still available.

I ordered the outdoor chest and the website said it was in stock. I pay and they say, Now April 2023. Amex was processing… not well run company.

Hi Terrence. I'm so sorry that the chest wasn't in stock. I believe that we reached out to you immediately letting you know of the stock issue. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so. We do not charge your card until your order has shipped. I did look into it and received confirmation from our accountant that your card hasn't been charged. Sales rep reached out to ask if I had any questions about what I had put in my cart. I did! They take PayPal, which means I don’t need to risk entering my card numbers on an unfamiliar website. I would give them 5 stars but their search features could be better—for example utilizing spelling correction or alternate search terms.
