I had initially just wanted to order a custom diamond to be made into a ring here at home, but the customer service was so wonderful that I ended up getting the whole ring designed and made by Ouros. The whole experience was great, I was sent plans, CAD designs, and videos to update me throughout the whole process. My rep was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. I couldn't be happier with my ring! The quality is stunning and I'm already thinking about my next piece.
