Incredible Diamond and Gold Tennis Necklace
I just received my second purchase from Ouros Jewels and it is spectacular. Ordered a 16” 3.5mm diamond and gold tennis necklace that I had been looking at from their website and others. I was a little nervous buying sight unseen because it was a big ticket purchase. I went with Ouros because of the great personal service, quality and workmanship I received the first time I purchased a ring from them. It was the same experience with the necklace. My sale rep, Harnish was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly before the purchase. He gave me a loyal customer discount on top of the advertised 20% discount. The Ouros team created a CAD / 3D image of the piece for me to review. They then sent me a video of the diamonds they selected for my necklace, and kept me informed on every stage of the production process. When finished, they sent me a video of my necklace to review and approve. I couldn’t be any happier with the necklace. Almost 20cts of the most bright and sparkling diamonds. It is truly stunning. As for pricing, I found that Ouros provides the best prices in the market. Other online retailers were at least 50-100% higher in cost for the same necklace. As I said this was my second purchase from them and won’t be my last. They are my official jeweler! Thank you team Ouros!
