Do not buy from here. I bought a pair of earrings for my wedding, and when they came they looked nothing like they did on the model on their website. I tried to return them and was told I couldn’t because there were no production flaws even though they were totally different looking. I pushed back and they told me I could bring them into their location in New York, so I did but their “location” is a very sketchy office unit on a top floor of the diamond district that clearly isn’t meant for customers. When I got there, they again told me I couldn’t return and I pushed back (which was frightening to do by myself in this sketchy office), the guy called someone in India and then said fine but there’s a 20% restocking fee. I cut my losses and accepted that, since these were expensive lab diamond earrings. Would not purchase again.

I made two separate orders with this company, and both orders were horrible. On my first order, they sent me two chains that started changing color almost instantly. The quality was extremely poor, and the chains caused green discoloration on my neck. I had already placed my second order before I even received and experienced the problems with my first order. When my second order arrived, the chain they sent me did not look like the chain they advertised in the pictures on their website. The chain links were not the same, the gold looked extremely fake, and the overall quality was very poor. I contacted this company within 30 days and have been trying for months to get them to fix this situation. Their own refund policy states that if there is an issue and you contact them within 30 days, they will either fix the problem or give you a full refund. I did exactly that, but they still refused to give me a full refund and only offered a partial refund. They also told me they cannot give me a refund because the package was opened. That makes absolutely no sense. How am I supposed to know the jewelry does not look like what they advertised, or that the quality is bad, without opening the package? The jewelry was not even sent in manufacturer packaging. It was literally sent wrapped in bubble wrap. Based on my experience, I believe they may be outsourcing their jewelry from other vendors after customers place orders on their website, although I cannot confirm that. After two orders, I received chains that changed color, caused green discoloration on my neck, and another chain that looked nothing like what was advertised. I contacted them within their stated refund period and spent months trying to get this resolved, and they still have not given me my full refund. I feel like this company cheated me out of my money. I paid for the products shown and advertised on their website, and that is not what I received. Their customer service has also been horrible. I highly recommend that people think twice before buying from this company. I would never purchase from them again.

Ouros is quite literally the definition of poor customer service and fraud. Even if you like the ring they make (great at selling you lies) they will intentionally lie to customs and cause you financial distress in trying to secure the ring with illegal advice. I have literally had to escalate the matter of my ring to a credit card dispute and filed a grievance with the National Jewellers Association. The head of sales admits in writing that they use false documentation in an effort to avoid import taxes and duties. Then after promising a refund for the cost of the penalty you will have to pay to receive the ring they will deny this refund and reply once a business day before ghosting you with excuses.

Horrible! Ordered 2 necklaces for my son and I never received them, every time i sent an email asking for an update i was sent an automated email stating its delayed. When i requested a refund because it never came, i was refused! Do not ever order from them! It is a fraud!

The initial order took over a month to make and receive. Also you have to pay for igi when there are many other companies that provide certificates automatically and for free. Another issue is an option to have your diamond engraved for you personally atleast so I thought. I asked for initials to be engraved into the stone and it was not done. Price is expensive when other companies have better pricing. Customer service was not great nor helpful. Many emails from different people from the company but not on the same page. BUYER BEWARE DON'T BUY OR READ FINE PRINT. NO EXCHANGE REFUNDS OR HELP.

The company had my review removed after ignoring my WhatsApp messages and knowing full well that I received this order as a gift, order #4339. I received this gift 4 months ago and despite being advertised as 10k gold, they’ve completely discolored. I wear 10k-18k gold daily, many of these pieces for 10+ years and have never had this issue with another piece. Not only is the jewelry poor quality, but the brand has gone to lengths to obscure how poor their customer service has been by having reviews removed unjustly.

Please do not buy from them! My ring was painful to wear and I took it to a professional jeweler and was told because of the way the ring was made it was not modifiable. The company refused a return even within only three weeks of delivery and no usage of the item. They are a complete scam and waste of money, be aware before buying.
