I am absolutely in love with my new diamond ring! The communication during the entire building process was truly top notch. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and I always felt in each step of the design. My radiant cut ring is beyond beautiful it completely exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is stunning, the setting is flawless, and the diamond sparkles even more than I imagined. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for a high quality, custom piece with exceptional customer service. Earring posts were too thick and Ouros claimed they could replace them, had me ship them to their office in NY, only to tell me that they could in fact NOT replace the posts, and shipped them back to me to get them fixed by another jeweler at my cost. Pretty diamonds, sub par customer service. Edit to add: refund offered with a 26% restocking fee is NOT a refund offer.

​I recently received my earrings and I couldn't be happier with the results. The setting is beautiful and they sit perfectly close to the ear, exactly as I hoped. ​The customer service was great. Vijay kept me updated throughout the entire 3.5-week process, even sending videos of the diamonds and the finished piece so I could see the progress. It’s rare to find that level of transparency. I’m so satisfied that I’ve already placed my second order. Highly recommend!
