Absolute garbage. Doesn't charge anymore. It's under warranty and customer service doesn't even respond. Stay away.

I ordered the product on November 29 2024. It is now December 14 and I still have not received. I have sent 2 emails asking when I will receive my product. Absolutely no answer. Update: I received my order on 12-20-2024. Odd thing is I ordered one trainer with extra mouth pieces. I received two trainers. I believe this product will work for me once I understood that it only works with the app.

Was sent a faulty unit, spoke to live rep on the website and he said send an email and we will get it replaced, sent an email and got ignored, week later speak again to live rep, he says send it through and ill make sure it gets sorted. i send the email again with the information they wanted and get 1 response saying they will get back to me in a week to 10 days. a month later i go back to the live rep and they close my conversation without answering me at all. now im ghosted from the email support as well as the live support. if you're lucky enough to get a working unit you should be fine, if you have to deal with their support, dont expect that you will get your money back or a working unit
