Its alright Not the userfriendliest gadget, but I see/feel/love the effect it has on me. Weaned off the inhaler after 3 months of chill low-commitment trajning, only use Singular for now. App is ehh, but i use it when driving to listen to “inhale” “exhale” commands etc.

I love this for the efficiency and versatility of breath work..

Training is fairly intuitive. App displays your breath pattern as you go and tells you what to do. Again as a person of age it takes some time to adjust to this Omua. Progress is noticeable, as I am writing this after two full months of daily use.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but after a month I feel less out of breath when climbing stairs. That’s a win for me.
