At first I was not sure about using this company's products , but it then become what i use regularly . they are quite experienced when it come to fast delivery .

J'ai reçu ma commande après un long temps. Lorsque je l'ai reçue j'ai tout de suite suivi les instructions et j'ai mis à charger mon Oumua. IL s'arrêta de clignoter après une quinzaine de minutes. je n'ai pas eu le temps de finir les tests qu'il demandait déjà à être rechargé. J'ai interpellé le service client qui m'a dit qu'il s'arrêterait de clignoter quand il serait chargé. Je l'ai chargé, laissé hors de sa base, retenter de le charger, il clignotait toujours sans jamais s'arrêter. Le service client m'a demandé de faire des photos et vidéos ce que j'ai fait. Et a fini par déclarer que c'était de ma faute s'il ne chargeait plus car je l'avais laissé trop longtemps sur son chargeur et donc qu'ils ne pouvaient pas m'aider. Je ne m'en suis même pas servi en exercice une seule fois ! C"est une honte. Cet appareil est de la camelote et je conseille à chacun d'aller voir la concurrence !

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience during my customer journey. I ordered a device, and it arrived after a long wait. I was very satisfied at first, so I immediately ordered another one for my family. Then, out of the blue, my device suddenly stopped charging. During a workout, the battery level dropped from 100 to almost zero percent in just a few seconds. I then reported the problem to support. In their response, they asked me to confirm that the device had been left on the charging pad overnight to charge. I did so because I understood this to be the solution and documented it as well. As a result, the device is now completely unusable and shuts off immediately. Now customer support is telling me it’s because the charging time was too long? I feel like I’m in a bad movie right now! I’ve filed an appeal and am hoping for a reasonable solution in the form of a replacement device.

Just like others, unit was dead on arrival. Reached out to customer service multiple times and eventually asked to send a video which I did. No response after weeks of emails. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. You will be wasting your money.

The device is solid, well-built, compact, doesn’t make any traceable noise when in public, good job!

I am trying this for my copd it works so far so good I am more independent and can go up and down the stairs I recommend Omua for those who have trouble breathing

Its alright Not the userfriendliest gadget, but I see/feel/love the effect it has on me. Weaned off the inhaler after 3 months of chill low-commitment trajning, only use Singular for now. App is ehh, but i use it when driving to listen to “inhale” “exhale” commands etc.

I love this for the efficiency and versatility of breath work..
