I bought two beaded bracelets from them. Within a week both had gaps of a single beads width in each. When I contacted support I was told that is as expected, totally normal. Instead of fighting with them I'm just going to scour social media and relay my experience. I will never purchase from them again.

Top notch product. Shipping time was ok. I like the richness of the lapis. Not as immediate a visual impact as tiger eye or turquoise, but a more compelling stone to me.

Received my bracelet which took about two weeks longer than expected and I love it. I usually have bought David Yurman beads and decided to get these for everyday “work” bracelets and you can’t beat the quality for the money.
