Unbelievable! I just received my ring, and the package it was in is over the top. When my wife opened the black pouch it was in she was blown away at its beauty. You must understand I have a lot of beautiful rings, gold, silver, custom-made rings. But Ottasiver did a magnificent job on the ring, of all the rings I have, Ottasilver's ring will be my main ring as long I live! Bravo to you all for the great work, you should be proud of yourselves for such hard work to please your customers, I will be back! A very big thank you for a beautifully well-made ring. I purchased a bracelet from the company not even a month the clasp broke. I tried reaching out to the company, however they stated it was normal wear and tear. They didn't even try to help. Their products are kinda pricey, but I thought they would do right. Update I was contacted by Kadir a day after my review. He listened to my complaint and understood my frustration. I was told to send the product back and I would have the product returned fixed. I love seeing companies take care of their buyers because we trust them to do right by us. I am happy to change my review now after my experience. I can only hope companies look for long term relationships and not just a quick sale.

We're here to ensure you have the best experience with OTTASILVER.
