The size was wrong on my side and the exchange policy was easy and I love the piece.

The customer support were very polite and ready to adjust the size of my bracelets! The bracelets themselves are beautiful! Everything I ordered is exactly how it is described also! The quality is amazing and you can tell they care about their products.

I received my Emerald green tiger eye bracelet from Ottasilver. It’s a nice piece. Got my sister and amethyst one for her birthday, which isn’t until August 18. I’m sure she’s gonna enjoy it as well! Thanks

I’ve now placed two orders with this company and the first order initially the customer service was bumpy to say the very least, but somebody finally stepped in and fixed it and everything was great. This last order I measured incorrectly and sent it back for an exchange once again, customer service was a little bumpy, but somebody stepped in and finally fixed it and everything is beautiful. The quality of these pieces second to none. They are absolutely beautiful and I’ve worn them for two days now and people on the street stopped me and compliment me on how beautiful they are. They really stand out and make a statement. If you were looking for quality, beauty, in pieces that will last look no further. They are absolutely stunning. Be sure to measure carefully before ordering is my best advice.
