I am SO Happy, as a customer. I ordered this ring as it showed 5-7 business day shipping. Later, I was told this doesn’t include the processing and packaging time, which was frustrating at first because the shipping at checkout usually reflects the entire duration for the delivery process. However, I reached out, and their team did everything in their power to make it happen and deliver to me in a timely manner. The ring was ABSOLUTELY perfection. Pictures don’t do justice. Way prettier in person. I am very happy with this brand and will continue being a customer for any future occasions. I just emailed them for an exchange due to sizing issue but am sure that will work out with their support to customers. 100% legit brand and we should continue supporting small businesses who care about making everything so special for us and our loved ones, Thank you Ottasilver team!

Well, it's the week before Valentines day and I ordered two weeks ago and still not shipped. If your business is going to do push advertising leading up to a holiday you should have the inventory and staff to handle orders commensurate with the ad spend.

Just opened well packed box. Immediately fell in love with bracelet. This is truly heirloom quality. Thank you.
