The ring I paid $199 for was plastic and not real turquoise. I requested a refund and never heard back. I reported them in Facebook as fraudulent.

We’re truly sorry for the delayed response and concerned to hear about your experience. We never use plastic in our jewelry; our pieces are made with 925 sterling silver and genuine or lab-grown stones, as clearly stated on each product page. Unfortunately, we couldn’t locate an order matching the information provided in this review. Please contact us at [email protected] or via live chat on our website with your order number so we can investigate and make this right.

The bracelet is beautiful. The first one i received was too small. They reached out to me and asked about my satisfaction. I told them I was unhappy because of the size. They sent a label for me to return it, and then sent me a larger size, all at no cost to me. Like I said the bracelet is beautiful coupled with the customer service; I am a customer for life.

Making it right is the least we can do. So glad the new size fits perfectly. Thank you for trusting us!

Bracelets seem to be the highest quality and workmanship. This is my second purchase and the stones and other materials from which the beads are made are quite beautiful. The clasp is difficult to fasten without assistance when putting it on the wrist … Otherwise five stars!

Thank you for your second purchase, it means the world! We'll share your clasp feedback with our design team. Enjoy both bracelets!

I was skeptical when I ordered this bracelet that it was going to be like many of the others, silicone band, small stones, and even smaller sizing. I can tell you this bracelet from Ottasilver out did all my expectations so far. If it holds up, I think I found my new go-to bracelets. The only reason it’s not a 5 star rating is that is does take 2-3 weeks for order to arrive

We hear you on the shipping time and we're working on getting faster every day. Thank you for your honest words!
