My wife purchased for my birthday an Ottasilver Bracelet, Blue Tigers Eye. The bracelet is beautiful, however the bracelet is too big. We measured like they said. However, I need regular not a large size. My wife has left numourous messages on their number and have emailed them asking to exchange. We have been waiting almost two weeks for a return label to exchange the bracelet. We have received no answers. I will not be ordering from this company again with such bad customer service.

I have been buying low cost stone bracelets, but the ottoasilver blows all those out the water. The presentation and the packaging is outstanding. The beautiful stones are held together with a metal wire. This should not break like the electric bracelets.

Look I really like the products but I ordered two bracelets they took forever to turn up and when they did they are too tight / small. I’ve requested an exchange but a week later I’m none the wiser as to where to send them nor the process. Just getting approval to return took a week!! They are true to size I ordered the wrong size but that doesn’t excuse the dreadful after card and customer satisfaction guarantees!!

The product is beautiful online but even more beautiful in person. The packaging makes you feel special. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and I am taking a look at some additional items
