Factoring charged me more on some loads
Yall are slowly charging me more for factoring. I Was told it would be 3.3% last payment I recieved I got taken 3.8% It was only $2 but yall are taking extra money from me on the low. I realized when I did some calculations & it didn't add up

GET OVER TO OTR QUICK.....
We were with Triumph for many years. And every year when our contract was about to expire. OTR would email or call us to switch. I didn't switch because I was so used to the system at Triumph. And then they were trying to charge us back for a broker not paying them. So they said we'd have to reach out to the broker to get payment. The broker did pay and it was resolved quickly. When that happened I said OTR here we come. I've had my authority since 2014. And switching to OTR is honestly one of my BEST decisions I've made in trucking. I call our funding team with Nick Olson my ATEAM. They have NEVER disappointed us. The only regret we have is, WE DIDN'T SWITCH TO OTR SOONER...... Love OTR and we'll NEVER LEAVE.... THANK YOU TO MY ATEAM AND OTR
