I brought a jacket for my big bro and literally it is fantastic. How ever shipping took a couple of days extra.

Shipping was slower than posted, the merchandise had a misprint, it was a different color than advertised, the pattern from the preview was slightly different than received, and the customer service avoids refunds despite the website stating they guarantee them.

I ordered a few things from them for Christmas this past year. I left roughly a month shipping time hoping that it would be enough, but sadly not even close. I received the items on the 7th of Jan and gave them to my family, better late than never. The Harry Potter jacket was decent, no issues there. I got my wife the Ravenclaw pendant which, luckily for me, I'd bought another version of as there was no way it would arrive in time for Christmas. Side by side really shows the poor quality of the Otakuplan jewelry. The finish was worn off completely in some spots, leaving black spots on the silver piece. There was an inscription that, so far as I could tell, weren't even letters but odd symbols that I couldn't recognize as being anything, not English, not Chinese...perhaps from another planet? It's just BAD, the one from Hot Topic was SO much better and not that much more. The third item was a feather, again from Harry Potter, representing the levitation spell. It was ok, though I didn't really inspect it closely as my expectations weren't much by that point. I urge those who are buying from them to order EARLY if giving the items as gifts and to stay away from the jewelry. It's just bad.

I love this shirt! I will be honest. I was very skeptical about ordering when I read some of the reviews online. But don’t listen to them. YES it takes a while to get to you if you’re ordering from the US. But that’s to be expected. The quality is great! The fabric is very nice and the colors are vibrant. It fits true to size. I’ve gotten so many compliments since I’ve worn it out. I reccomend Otaku plan!
