SLOW shipping!

To be honest this store is average I bought two hoodies on March 4th and after I bought it I was stupid enough not to do my research on it. I saw so many nasty reviews about it how some people haven’t received their items in months so it started to worry me. I did standard shipping 17-20 days my process time took 13 days and it came to my house today March 31st. Thank God. It arrived earlier than expected .It has ok material. So It took 13 days for process and shipping was 14 days so about 4 weeks to come. Btw they gave me YANWEN shipping which I did my research on and saw more nasty reviews. But I’m glad my package came. And also Zach takes forever to respond.

I ordered a few things from them for Christmas this past year. I left roughly a month shipping time hoping that it would be enough, but sadly not even close. I received the items on the 7th of Jan and gave them to my family, better late than never. The Harry Potter jacket was decent, no issues there. I got my wife the Ravenclaw pendant which, luckily for me, I'd bought another version of as there was no way it would arrive in time for Christmas. Side by side really shows the poor quality of the Otakuplan jewelry. The finish was worn off completely in some spots, leaving black spots on the silver piece. There was an inscription that, so far as I could tell, weren't even letters but odd symbols that I couldn't recognize as being anything, not English, not Chinese...perhaps from another planet? It's just BAD, the one from Hot Topic was SO much better and not that much more. The third item was a feather, again from Harry Potter, representing the levitation spell. It was ok, though I didn't really inspect it closely as my expectations weren't much by that point. I urge those who are buying from them to order EARLY if giving the items as gifts and to stay away from the jewelry. It's just bad.

It's really expensive in my opinion, I ordered the product on October 26 and I received it on November 23, for 50 € it is not necessarily very fast, after the product has a normal quality
