Ordered a Deadpool 2 hoodie and received the Deadpool instead. The company sent the correct one and told me to keep the first one at no charge. It came eight days after Christmas but worth the wait. I also ordered a Charmander hoodie which I received well before Christmas and the recipient said it was his favorite present.

I order two zipped down black history jackets. I do like them. The material is kind of thin and they will be used as late spring early summer jackets. No other problems.

The sweathirts came in a decent amount of time and I was sprised at how well they look. The artwork for a piece of clothing is emarkable !

Impressed. Just received my item. Honestly impressed with the attention to detail in the quality of the hoodie and feel of material. Well worth the price point and weight. Looks better in person then it does in the product listing. My only suggestion as a room of improvement with this organization is the tracking process. The link you will eventually be sent will lead to a landing portal on otakuplan.com, with said number, but ultimately leave you with no other information, including status of even what carrier it's being processed through. I recognized this immediately upon receiving it and contacted their customer support e-mail upon which Zach was extremely helpful in providing information as to what carrier it was being processed through, and an extremely useful website called 17track.net which can track parcels through numerous logistics carriers world wide. This was especially useful as the item, and I'm assuming company, is based in China. TLDR; impressed with item and quality. They're a real company that produces real merchandise. Only room for improvement is tracking implementation on the website. Good customer service.

Ordered a KOF Terry Bogard zip up hoodie for my son. He likes it but I was a little disappointed in the merchandise. The way the actual hoodie looks versus what the picture on the website looks like are not the same. I was expecting the hoodie to be thicker (like the picture indicated) and more real material (if that makes sense) but it looks cartoonish. Overall, the price and shipping, I would give a five star. The reason for the four star is because the seller actually sent me an email telling me to leave him a five star review. A word of advice......don’t ever tell someone to do that. That’s very poor workmanship/customer service. If your work/customer service, etc is good, trust me, you will get five stars.

Great products! My son loves his Fortnite hoodies and t-shirt-wonderful graphics and great quality! It would be a five-star review except for the long shipping time. We highly recommend ordering, but just make sure to order early.

The reason for the four star is for customer service, sucks it takes to long to answer questions. The second reason is it took to long to receive my orders, I ordered December 5 & my order just arrived on Sunday January 10. That’s over a month ago, tracking wasn’t good at all, didn’t understand where order was at all!! Love my hoodies thought they would be thicker but I like them. Won’t be ordering from them anymore because lack of customer service & long shipping.

Hello and Good Day! Although my order was a bit delayed, my product was awesome. The quality and everything was great. I was a bit leary but the customer service person "Zach" helped and assured me that my item was on the way. It didn't make it in time for Christmas but was awesome. I would order again, however, I would order much, much earlier to get in time for my need. Thank you Otakuplan for keeping your word and getting me my product!
