Buyer beware!!! You are dealing with a cheapo Chinese company. If you are OK dealing with the possibility of getting an inferior product, or one that doesn't fit, or losing your money, then proceed. The only positives I can say are the communication up front, and until delivery, were fine. Once the product arrived and I proved to them it did not measure up to the size it was supposed to be, they did not reply to my further communication attempts.

Very nice product. The sweatshirts are soft and not overly heavy. The shipping, however was very slow. I ordered the product a month prior to Christmas. It did not arrive until christmas eve. So, it just BARLEY made it. Attempted to contact the company several times via email and only got a response after complaining to paypal. My advice is make sure you use paypal to purchase if possible and allow plenty of time to get your order and not believe the 7-10 day quote. Of course, the holidays do slow down delivery, a month should have been plenty of time! Will most likely not use this company again.

Finally received after a month of waiting. Quality is definitely NOT what a sweatshirt should be, its paper thin and shiny. Graphics are as pictured on the website that is the only positive. I am not happy with the quality of your product.

I've waited 30 days for my parcel, and the "tracking" they provide is iffy, unless your items arrive at the same location at several different times. I ordered a christmas sweater on the 23rd and here we are a month later finally getting it.

Ordered a christmas sweater and chose express service. 13 days (9 business days) later: no order confirmation email, site tracking just said "paid" (I had to decipher the order number from an external PayPal receipt since none was given) and when I asked to cancel the order after not getting so much as an order confirmation they failed to even acknowledge my request and I had to cancel through PayPal. Will not order through them again and do not recommend. Would be 1 star except they didnt fight the PayPal cancellation.
