Never received my item. Emailed to let them know and was told it was delivered. It was not. Guess my husband won't be getting his gift and I'm out my money.

I ordered an ugly christmas sweater on Nov 23...as of Dec 21 they have not sent it. I should clarify, they sent something but it was a freaking Minions sweater that I did not order (I ordered a Jojo Bizarre if you must know) and I have been emailing them nonstop and they have yet to respond. Luckily I ordered something else and it arrived correctly but the fact that their tracking system is garbage and they have no number to reach them by makes this the last time I ever purchase from them. TL;DR: This website sucks and has no good customer support. This is the first time I've ever written a review on a site, that is how upset I am.

(-5 STARS) I only chose 1 star because it wouldn't let me write without choosing! Don't waste your time or money with this company. I ordered 2 sweatshirts the beginning of December, and still nothing but a confirmation of payment email. I've emailed them to see where my order is, no response. Now I will damn sure be putting up a fight for a refund. DON'T WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY ●●●

Excellent shopping site

Ordered $100 worth of Christmas sweaters for the family on December 1st & I still haven’t received them or a shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed them multiple times and I still haven’t heard back from them.

Ordered and paid for 5 shirts well in advance of the holidays. I got 4 of them later than advertised and nothing else except days of silence. Beware: Chinese thieves!

So i went to this website to get my dad a sweater i liked for him for Christmas i got a email saying thank you for your order. 10 days letter i emailed them asking where my shipment info was. Zach emailed me back saying that it would be sent out on the 14th of December. Its been 6 days since than and i still haven't received a email on the shipment. I been emailing them since Monday the 17th and i still yet to get a email back. so my next move is to fight for my money back because its ridiculous that i been waiting by my email to see if i received a email. so that why I'm giving them a 1 star.

Seeing everyone’s bad reviews makes me feel like that not only when but if my order ever arrives is that I should be disappointed. Placed a order, used express shipping method, that’s been 28 days ago. I have a Ugly Sweater Christmas Party 12/21/2019. So I seen the perfect one on this website I absolutely love fireball, that Fireball sweater is ugly so I thought how perfect. So upset right now!!!
