If I could give this company minus number rating, I would. I don’t know how they stay in business. For two weeks they have promised my package is on the way, then they say it is out for delivery, then said it was sent back to vendor because there is no such address as mine, then they say it is delivered. It has NOT been delivered. I don’t know where it is and neither do they. I can’t believe How they lie.

Ordered a book for a class a month early. Thought I would have plenty of time to get it. Within a few days, it was shipped to a partner facility in Grand Prairie, TX. It’s been there for 20 DAYS with no update. My class started today and I will have to order a digital version of the book instead.

I Ebay purchased One piece Sand Paper through ebay, the ebayer uses OSM to ship. Advertised I would recieve my purchase within 5 days, coming from Illinois going to New Mexico. But 11 days later it is still not here and still not in the USPS system. Tracking shows that my package sits in Grand Prairie Texas for days on end. Disgusting shipping company.

This company has been holding my books in Glen Ellyn, IL, saying that they would arrive by today. No way to trace or locate my items. Worst possible shipping company EVER.

"2-5 days" is actually 2-5 weeks. Terrible shipping company. If any company uses them for shipping my order is immediately canceled.

Slowest possible company to ship anything! My item sat for four days in one spot without moving. USPS would have been a major improvement. Almost two weeks to go from Georgia to New York. Still have not received my " in shipment" item. I would never recommend this "shipping partner". Just put a stamp on it and put it in the mailbox!

Much like you've read - OSM has terrible shipping times. I ordered a simple piece off eBay and it stated that the delivery would be Jan 4. Here we are Jan 9 and it's still not here - to which I've been in contact with their Support about. Their support only states "We don't have any update - will continue to monitor." Who gives a damn if you continue to monitor the issue - give me a real answer so I can base my expectations off that answer!!! I run a Customer Support Department for a software company and if my people gave the answers that I received - they'd be out of a job. Plain and simple. Shame on you OSM. I'm posting this same review everywhere that I am able and contacting the BBB as your business is anything but deserving of anything above .5 stars.

Please do not use this company. Terrible shipping service. Takes too much time. Package was shipped to me from 30 min away.(Moreno Valley) Took a week. Left California. Went to Vegas for a few nights then back to California.(Pasadena). Then finally to USPS. Took a week. Apparently they don't understand logistics. USPS or UPS, even FedEx would have been a day or two at most.
