Worst company in this universe. Slow as hell. Don't use glassusa or osm. Must avoid both company. Very slow. Been waiting for a month. Still on transit.

I have ordered Samsung case form osm covers they called me telling that the product was out of stock so I asked them to refund my money till date they reply that the refund is initiated but I have not received any amount back it’s been two months now

Don't believe the estimated delivery date on the shipping tracker. They usually take way longer.

They are SUPER SLOW, 5 days to go 19 freaking miles (really) package due for delivery in 2-3 days from purchase, but yet I have to pay more than if they just used the post office

Useless and incompetent company. Ordered glasses via GlassesUSA and they’ve been sitting in Grand Prairie TX which is half an hour from Dallas where I’m at. Could have literally walked there to pick it up. Been stuck on “USPS Awaiting item” for 4 days now. Both these moronic companies have lost my business.

Bought expensive glasses from two different companies, both shipped using this company... Spending $300 on a heavily marked up item and you can't spend the $8 to use USPS priority mail, rather than the what, $5 to have this company bounce my package all across the US for 10-15 days and provide inaccurate delivery dates? Looking at you Warby Parker and Glasses USA. I think we can all agree that shipping speed and reliability are top priorities for e-commerce... Which OSM does not provide.
