Same crap different day! Another online shopper who is not happy when stores do not state who they use to ship. I have been good at asking businesses if they use OSM. If they say yes, I tell them sorry and I will not be buying. But for some reason, I was in a rush and ordered a book (same book) from 2 different companies. And wouldn’t ya know it? Both use OSM and I didn’t ask. And now both books are sitting in Texas reading to each other having a great time. And I’m here without a gift needed for Tuesday. And somehow I feel OSM is run by foreigners. As most Americans know that Missouri is practically next to Illinois. Not by way of Georgia and Texas. They must have broken gps and can’t read an atlas. Stores used in my review is Thriftbooks and World of Book.

Hopefully I don't die from old age before my book arrives. It amazes me, with all of the complaints, that this company is still in operation. I used to think OSM is just one guy on a bicycle delivering packages, now I'm pretty sure the guy is on foot. What a scumbag operation.

I ordered a book, and got the info that it was supposed to arrive by June 1. It was picked up by OSM Worldwide on May 24, 2023. It stayed in that same location with no movement until June 6. Why? Were they reading the book first before delivering it to me? Not impressed! That's horrible customer service! I've ordered a number of things from other places since then, and they've all been delivered in just a few days. There's no good reason for them to just hold the package and do nothing. I'm still waiting for it to arrive... And OSM, please don't waste time telling me to contact the seller. You know as well as I do they're not the ones to blame!

I ordered books from Thriftbooks and BookOutlet.com. Had I known they'd use OSM worldwide for shipping, I would have never placed an order on either site. I ordered around May 23rd for BookOutlet (based in Toronto, Canada), and I notice they shipped out pretty quickly; but once I saw it got to the Pennsylvania office, I literally groaned. Out of all the shipping companies, this company wins last place. What should take about a week to get to me takes more than a month because of this shipping company. I'd had overseas companies ship their packages to me in 3-4 days, but when I order within the States, it's ridiculous I have to wait three weeks sometimes. I once ordered from Glossier (a makeup company) which is based in Illinois, I believe. Once I saw the package got to Pennsylvania, I knew it was gonna take over a month to get my package. I don't live just anywhere; I literally live in the heart of New York City, so it shouldn't be taking a month to receive my package. Considering I could drive to Pennsylvania in two to three hours, it's ridiculous how the company holds my packages for over 2 weeks before getting them. I highly detest the Pennsylvania office strictly because of this.

I ordered an item from eBay, not knowing that the seller was going to use OSM Worldwide. My item was picked up by this company on 5/15 in Illinois. It took them 4 days to transport it to North Las Vegas, NV. From there, it took 6 more days to be delivered to my home in California on 5/25. So, in total it took them 10 days. Even if the seller had used the cheapest shipping option from USPS, it would have been much, much faster. Please do not use OSM Worldwide if you need to receive your item urgently. It's the slowest shipping company I've ever dealt with.

Horrible company who's policy seems to be "save a penny, even if the client has to wait forever". I will make sure this is not the shipping company before buying anything online. After contacting them asking for a definitive delivery date: "If you receive no further updates, the quickest way to resolve your inquiry is to contact the retailer and let them know you haven’t received your package. Your retailer can provide the following services for you. · Track the package for you · Verify the tracking number · Provide a refund · Redeliver your package" So, if you don't get your package, go bother someone else, we wash our hands of it... Nice

Books have sat 160 miles from destination for 7 days (so far), even though it says they left already. Apparently they left and got lost and are asking for directions.

Slowest company ever. WHYYYYY does it take to long to move your packages. There is no reason a package should sit at one location for so long. They are obviously not bother by know how many people have written bad review and complained as they have done nothing to change.
