I wish I could give this ZERO stars! In tracking my package it took 4 days from time picked up in North Las Vegas until it left North Las Vegas. Then it took two days to get from there to Grand Prairie, Texas. Then it supposedly arrived in Grand Prairie at 2:30pm and departed from that location at 4:16 destination USPS. We are now 5 days after that and USPS has not yet received the package. Who knows whether my granddaughter will EVER RECEIVE her birthday gift.

Ordered a Flipper Zero via the official website with expedited shipping. Ended up in the hands of this company which seems to be Flipper Zeros official shipping company, and it's practically been a week with no movement at all. Shipment is just stuck at a label being created and has done nothing since. From what I've read online OMS Worldwide basically puts a bunch of product on pallets based on destination, and then pushes those pallets to a USPS facility in that area for final delivery. So if you live in a rural area that just isn't getting enough packages to fill up a pallet in a reasonable span of time then good luck. Don't Give OMS Worldwide or shop.flipperzero.one your business. They will charge you and just let the package sit in a warehouse until it's convenient and cost effective for them to finally move it. That could be a few days or months. Update: Item shipped once I made it an issue, however the item instead of traveling the 3 hours to my residence from IL to Central Indiana decided to go to Maine instead which is around 15 hours away from either location involved here. Paid for expedited shipping, and it's 13 days in currently on waiting and the package appears to be jumping around the US randomly. Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods to save on cost.

Unnecessary slowness. It's sad to order a large package from halfway around the world and get it quicker (with UPS to USPS dropoff) than 2 books from Las Vegas. If you're needing something fast, avoid Thrift Books, as they use OSM.

I refuse to order from anyone who uses this BS company! I have to wonder how they continue to operate. My package has been sitting in North Las Vegas since the 6th. I've asked to get a refund, I no longer want the makeup I ordered. God knows where it's been sitting.

Just like everyone else says they SUCK PACKAGE JUST SITTING AT ONE LOCATION FOR DAYS NO UPDATES IN TRANSIT HOW IS IT IN TRANSIT JUST SITTING IN ONE LOCATION THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN IMPROVE IS TO NOT PICK UP ANYBODY PACKAGE LET ANOTHER COMPANY DO IT OSM WORLDWIDE SHOULD BE CALLED ALWAYS IN TRANSIT SITTING AT THE LOCATION FOR DAYS AND DAYS 🤦🏾♂️

Ordered a book, OSM received it 2 weeks ago, nothing since then. The expected delivery date is today, but obviously that isn't happening. They never update, so you never know if they actually sent it along to the actual delivery service or if they lost it.
