I ordered an Osmo HydroTitan garden hose from Osmo's U.S. website. They sent me a completely different garden hose. All sorts of things were wrong: they sent a collapsing/expanding hose, when I ordered a non-expanding hose. The colors are different, the fittings are different, the nozzle is different. When I sent them photos of their ad and what I got, they simply said they had sent me the correct product. They refuse to explain how they can come to that conclusion. The only good things are that they sent a hose (even though completely different from what I ordered) and they respond to my complaints by email within 24 hours (although they won't explain or fix the problem).

Köpte en Dachcam av märket Osmo. Herregud vilket skräp. Vad ni än gör så köp inte denna produkt. Lägg på två-tre hundra kronor så får ni en mycket mycket bättre än denna. SKRÄP produkt. Vänligen Lasse

Jag har köpt en katt-gps, kittyfind från detta företag som inte fungerar. Trots att jag är ingenjör så kan jag inte fått produkten att ansluta till appen 360GPS. Jag har skickat en reklamation till dem, men inte fått något svar ännu. Jag har kontaktats av deras support som guidade mig till funktion. Jag är nöjd. Dessutom krävs det inget abonnemang utan bara ett SIM-kort. Det finns förinställda med 50mb data som kostar ca 70:- på Amazon som fungerar över hela världen.

Ich habe einen Fensterwischroboter mit 100-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie gekauft. Nach intensivem Testen hat er nicht annähernd die gewünschten Ergebnisse gebracht. Ich habe dann den Kundendienst kontaktiert: sehr freundlich, Gewährung von immer höherem Rabatt (bis 50 %). Das wollte ich nicht für ein Gerät, das ich nicht nutzen werde. Jetzt soll ich das Gerät auf meine Kosten nach GB zurückschicken. Die Rücksendung kostet 26,90 €. Nicht akzeptabel! Nachtrag: Man muss vorher auch noch zum Zoll zur Deklaration. Fazit: Nur bei Osmo kaufen, wenn man das Produkt wirklich behalten will.

It's all a scam! Ordered the Osmo camera and got a peace of junk with the unknown name "Mivo". Now nobody is answering at the "Osmo support". Horrible disgusting company of thieves!!!!

J'ai acheté un aspirateur de voiture TurboClean Pro. Un accessoire fourni avec l'aspirateur ne peut pas s'adapter sur l'aspirateur, l'embout de l'accessoire est plus grand que l'embout de l'aspirateur !! J'ai signalé ce problème sur la hotline il y a maintenant 15 jours. Depuis, c'est un véritable dialogue de sourd. Je pense cela est volontaire de leur part pour que le délai de rétractation soit expiré. Ce qui est le cas. Le prix de cet aspirateur est quand même de plus de 79,00 €.

I ordered an item on the 28th of April. This is the 10th of May and I have not received any tracking information or such so far. I have emailed support for trackng and have received no response. I believe I’ve been scammed.
