I bought a window robot cleaner. I bought it through the company's website because it stated in several places that there is a "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee." The unit does a terrible job at cleaning, it immediately broke, the directions to use the unit are deficient, and when I contacted OSMO to get my money back, they told me that to do so I would have to ship the unit to England via FEDEX, the cost of which would be more that what I paid for the unit. So, there is NO "money-back" guarantee at all.

Detta företag ägnar sig åt produktbedrägeri. Jag beställde en AirPurifyer som beskrevs som mycket bra. Priset var bra utan att vara jättelågt. Produkten skulle ha 360 graders HEPA-filter (också på bild), filtrera bort 99,97 av alla particklar. Klara 100kvm/timma. Filtret såg ut som vanliga HEPA-filter. När produkten äntligen dök upp visade sig denna "fantastiska air purifyer" vara ett rent bedrägeri. Ett plaströr med några hål på varje sida, små 10 mm tjocka, väldigt genomskinliga skumgummifilter och en liten fläkt som såg ut som den kom från en PC. Överst fanns ett litet fack där man kunde droppa doftoljor. Jag kontaktade kundtjänst och skickade även foton. Svaret var att dom var ledsna om jag var förvirrad, men produktbilderna överensstämde med vad som sålts. Vad jag hade fått var utan tvekan endast en doftfläkt. Varning för detta företag. Eng.: This company is engaged in product fraud. I ordered an AirPurifyer that was described as very good. The price was good without being very low. The product was supposed to have a 360 degree HEPA filter (also in the picture), filter out 99.97 of all particles. Clear 100 sq m/hour. The filter looked like regular HEPA filters. When the product finally appeared, this "fantastic air purifier" turned out to be a complete fraud. A plastic tube with a few holes on each side, small 10 mm thick, very transparent foam rubber filters and a small fan that looked like it came from a PC. At the top was a small compartment where you could drip fragrance oils. I contacted customer service and also sent photos. The answer was that they were sorry if I was confused, but the product pictures matched what was sold. What I had received was without a doubt only a fragrance fan. Warning for this company.

If you want to spend money on an expensive handheld flashlight ($89) but be unsuccessful in having the manufacturer/seller send you a missing part, then Osmo is the company for you. The Osmo LiteForce flashlight is feature/function rich but was sent to me without an owner’s manual on how to set up and use. I contacted Osmo via email on 04/26/2026 asking that they send me the how-to-use information but a month later Osmo has ignored my request. Osmo’s website clearly shows that an owner’s manual is included with the flashlight. The site also describes itself as having “premium support.” NOT MY EXPERIENCE! Giving 1-star rating is much too high, but no lower rating is available.

Köpe två MaxClean tandborstar på deras sida och betalade 2398kr. Sedan fick vi vänta i fyra (!) veckor och fick besked att de skulle levereras ”inom några dagar”. Vilket aldrig hände. Så begärde pengarna tillbaka och det fick jag, snabbt och smidigt. Så; usel leverans men utmärkt kundservice.

Meine Bestellung war ein Fensterputzer und dazu habe ich Zubehör der beim Kauf angeboten wurde bestellt .Der Fensterputzen wurde geliefert leider auch defekt aber die Zusatzbestellung nicht.Die Komonikation war recht schwierig. ICH WÜRDE NICHT MEHR BEI DIESEN UNTERNEHMEN WAS BESTELLEN .

Purchased 2 flea and tick collars for my dogs. Too big (width and weight) for them to wear. Because I opened the bag to try them on, they cannot be returned. These collars are for large dogs only even tho the marketing says all dogs. Lies and no refund. What a waste of $100! 😡

Ich könnte mich wohin beißen, weil ich auf das Testergebnis hereingefallen bin. Lieferung erfolgte schnell, aber Gerät war defekt. Kundendienst machte einen netten Eindruck, aber das weitere Prozedere ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Es fing schon an dass die Beschreibung nur auf Englisch ist. Eine deutsche Übersetzung im Internet zu finden, die dann wirklich zum gekauften Produkt passt, absolut unmöglich. Also den Kundendienst kontaktiert, ich wollte das Gerät zurück geben. Ich sollte ein Video vom defekten Gerät schicken, dann würde mir ein Ersatz geschickt. Rückgabe müsste nicht sein. Das wollte ich nicht. Ich wollte das Gerät los werden. Keine Chance. Mittlerweile sind wir bei 50% Nachlass auf den Kaufpreis. Aber das repariert das Gerät immer noch nicht. Rücksendekosten nach UK betragen knapp 30€. Ich bin wirklich am Überlegen ob ich den Nachlass annehme und das Gerät dann selbst entsorge. Nur um mich nicht länger mit dieser Firma rumzuärgern. Mein Fazit: Hände weg!!!

Das ist ein fakeshop. Absoluter schrott.gefäkte testergebnisse. Weiß nicht wie sowas in deutschland zugelassen werden kann. Das teil was ich bekommen habe kostet bei amazon 15€. Dreifachfilter wenn es nicht so ärgerlich wäre...habe 99euro bezahlt. Paypal käuferschutz. Ich will mein geld zurück. Wenn ich rausbekomme wo die rummlungern fahre ich dort mal vorbei. Eine adresse wo das teil herkommt aus deutschland habe ich schon.
