Garden hose product photos are NOT the same as the poor quality product that was received. Also, product was reviewed and priced as 100ft but sent as only 50ft. 14-day return policy requires customer to pay return shipping from the USA via FedEx to an Oxfam warehouse in the UK. This of course is more than 50% the cost of the product. Highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I ordered this product on March the 16th they say that it has been delivered on June 1 and I have been outside most of the day and at home all day and have not seen anything delivered at all is this a joke or are you a real company or are you someone that scams people

I ordered a wall thermostat for my home, what was sent was a thermostat for a boiler hydronic system or a 220vac electric heating system. Thermosats in the US are low voltage (24volts), for gas HVAC (air condioioning) & Heating. I have not opened the unit or installed it because I saw the specs. that is was for a European type system. The part was shipped from chino Ca. 91710. But to return it they want me to return it to the UK in Europe,(Osmo c/o The Parcel store. street 1056 Deer Park Rd, Northhampton Northhamptonshire NN3 6RX. $50 shipping. The part was $100. I have full list of emails back n forth obviously with a chat BOT. First off it took longer than they said it would take to get here. Then it was wrong part, then the customer help is 100% ChatBot that is unreasonable. What I want is a return shipping label, like the address it came from in Chico California, and a refund to my credit card.

I ordered a block wallet. The ad said 1-2 day in stock and ready to ship. About twenty days later I received a notification of shipment- from China. What I received was a cheap piece of junk knockoff with none of the features from the advertised wallet. They have not honored their 90 day money back guarantee. Stay away from this company.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased two VideoBell Pro doorbells for a total of €218. Unfortunately, neither device proved to be reliable. After multiple installations, resets, and reconfigurations, the same issues kept returning. The main reason for this review, however, is not the product itself. At the time of purchase, Osmo explicitly advertised a "90 Day Money Back Guarantee." When I later requested to return the products within that period, I was informed that no such 90-day guarantee existed and that only a 14-day return period applied. I provided a screenshot from my order showing the "90 Day Money Back Guarantee" clearly displayed. After submitting this evidence, I did not receive a meaningful resolution. Eventually, my requests were simply ignored. In my opinion, advertising a 90-day money-back guarantee and then refusing to honor it when a customer wants to use it is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Do not use this company. I bought a pair of binoculars. It took forever for them to ship and then shipped the wrong item. At first they tried to persuade me that they had actually sent the correct item. Then they offered a 15% refund and later a 20% refund, arguing that the product they sent was almost as good for my purposes as the one I ordered. It’s not. They should either send me the correct product or give a 100% refund.

OBS Tollavgift tilkommer. Bestilte et Osmo Dash cam og betalte Trodde jeg betalte kameraet for det står ingenting om tollavgift på bestilling siden. Hadde ikke tenkt på toll og trodde dette var norsk nettside. Min egen feil at jeg ikke sjekket nok , nå ble kamera så dyrt at jeg ikke ville bestilt hvis jeg visste dette

ShowerLite bestellt, weil explizit in der Beschreibung steht dass es eine Heizfunktion hat. Hat es NICHT! Support reagiert überhaupt nicht. Definitiv keine Empfehlung!
