After reading they topped tests on a test site I was directed to Osmo. On there the blurb convinced me these were quality headphones and worry free refund policy. The site also showed a 3 day delivery so I was sold. A special offer of half price was also enticing. At checkout I paid £66.99 and was then informed delivery would be 7-15 days. On day 16 I had not received the headphones and I panicked slightly as I needed them for a journey that weekend. I emailed customer service and got a reply saying it was their mistake and the headphones had not been despatched but they would prioritized delivery for me and would compensate me with a 5% refund if I approved. I immediately emailed back on the same day, that as they had at this point not sent the headphones, and I needed headphones urgently, I wanted to cancel the order and obtain a full refund so I could get a pair from Amazon urgently. This was rejected by them saying that delivery was in their system and until I received them there was nothing they could do. In the meantime I ordered headphones from Amazon Prime and they were delivered the next day. One week later the headphones turned up. I took photos of the unopened package and told them I would not be opening the package and would be returning them as delivered to get a full refund. This they denied, offering instead a 10% partial refund. I refused and insisted on a full refund. They denied now offering 25% refund. I informed them of my statutory rights at which point they offered 50% refund. I refused but countered with accepting a 75% refund. They refused and offered 60% refund which I refused. I then started a case with PayPal. Almost immediately they said they would give me the 75% as long as the dispute was closed. I closed the dispute and they gave me the 75% refund. Now owning a pair of new unopened headphones, I will be putting them on Ebay at a price these are worth, £20. I'll sell them this low after checking lots of other reviews that these headphones are not of the quality that Osmo states, but are considered cheap phones and average sound quality. To summarise all I can say is steer well clear of this company and the 1 star is actually a negative 1 star.

Compré unos auriculares en esta web esperando la marca Osmo. Sin embargo, me enviaron un producto de calidad muy inferior, de una marca genérica totalmente diferente llamada "AUDEON" y en una caja golpeada. He intentado ponerme en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente en repetidas ocasiones para exigir una solución y no recibo ningún tipo de respuesta. Es una publicidad engañosa y un comportamiento fraudulento. Ya he iniciado la reclamación y el contracargo a través de mi proveedor de pago. Eviten comprar aquí.
