The shoes are not comfortable for me
The shoes are not comfortable for me. I can feel the ridges of the outer sole thru the insole. The shoes are long enough but a bit tight thru the ball of the foot. That said, they seem to be made well (except the insole could be thicker) and the people have been nice. However, trying to return them has been the worst return experience I've ever had. I am still waiting for the company to get back to me on what the exact (or even approximate) cost for returning them or any of the other options they have offered. And, I still owe 2 payments on them. So, I wait.
