Orthora seems to stand by their…
Orthora seems to stand by their commitment to their customers unlike others I have dealt with. My DR told me the orthora shoes I purchased were not the best for me after a knee replacement and a rep contacted md to tell me I can order a different model of shoe and advised me. I only have to pay for the shipping. That is what I call good customer service.

Easy ordering.
No problems ordering to give them a try. I am a little concerned with sizing. I usually wear a 9-1/2 and that was not an option.

This is the worst online shoes company
This is the worst online shoes company. The product took almost one month to arrive. The shoes were poor quality, smell of toxic chemicals and the size 9 women, was a 10.5 men. The company is not accountable for the poor fitting. They expect you to pay more money to get a replacement on a product that they delivered incorrectly or scam you into buying more products. I don’t recommend buying any of their shoes. BE AWARE!!!! IT’S A SCAM!!!

The response time was QUICK and…
The response time was QUICK and efficient. The link provided was helpful, what would've been perfect was to provide the link and highlight where to look for the thing I inquired about, because it was a page I already visited. What i was looking for was smaller in font and the color didn't stand out as much. But once I looked for the third time I found it.

I had to reorder as the shoes we…
I had to reorder as the shoes we received because they were to big and so with a lot of emailing back and forth I finally reordered and I hope the correct size shoes. Thanks to the response I received I’m looking forward to the arrival of the new shoes.

Pretty easy to order
Pretty easy to order, promo code was already applied. Would recommend that when adding on to the order, like Insoles, that it populates to the same size shoes that were ordered. My order did not and I didn't catch it till the order was completed. I hope my email gets seen before the order ships.
