The RED sneakers I always wanted!
I received support from the owner and Priscilla when my first sneakers arrived too large. Through email they worked through the problem and kept in touch with me until the replacement pair arrived. I now have red sneakers for the first time in my life. I have wanted them since I was a child. Thank you Orthora for standing by your guarantee and product care.

It has been an adventure
It has been an adventure. I’m cautiously optimistic about the shoes but like the inserts I received. Took a long time to get them, then they were too big and the wrong color and out of shape, but you have offered a viable solution to the issue and now I will begin the long cautiously optimistic wait again.

Horrible sizing, shipping
Horrible sizing. Ordered a woman’s 10 that fit a man’s 12! Complained and they wanted to offer me discount on different shoe, then offered same shoe but wanted me to pay shipping. The inserts I ordered were also midsized and flimsy pieces of crap. Don’t waste your money and shipping time is horrible!!

Orthora is top tier
Orthora is top tier! Customer service is amazing! It was just a little confusing on purchasing women’s shoes versus men or unisex, so I ordered incorrectly BUT this company has been nothing short of amazing with fixing it for me! Communication is 10/10! Highly recommend.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Ordered shoes, they never shipped them. 3 weeks later I emailed them to cancel the order and k stead they sent the shoes. Now they expect me to pay to ship them back. Been dealing with this nightmare customer service since August. No phone number to talk to anyone only email.
