DO NOT BUY!!! ITS A SCAM Update 7/25: Disputed charge through my bank and got my money back that way. Love that they reply just after that happened. This IS a scam and you will not get what you actually order. They have so many policies and stipulations because they don't want you to be able to return what they send you, which will not be what you ordered. Knockoffs! Update: About 1-1/2 weeks ago I reported them to my bank and will get my money back that way. They came back twice offering more $ back each time to keep the shoes. Offered full refund if i returned them to China on my own dime. Not happening and going to also report them to the FTC "Report Fraud" website they have. Original: Grandma wanted shoes from here to relieve pain, but total scam. Shoes were a knock off of what website shows! Shoes had a different sole, were a different shade of color, different stitch pattern, were narrow and not actual US size. Came from out of the country, when website made it seem were US based. I am trying to get a full refund now after detailing all I said on here and with photos showing the differences. They came back with this (2 copy and pastes from the long email), "Variations in color tone, sole pattern, and certain design details can also occur between production batches, which is why the product may not look exactly identical to the website images." When have you ever seen shoes be different from the exact same shoe LOL. "Option 1: Keep the shoes and receive a 10% partial refund back to your original payment method. Option 2: Receive a 50% store credit/discount toward another size or style that may better suit your grandmother's needs." Like I really want to keep their knock off crap shoes or buy more! Wow. I will be going after them for fraud if I do not get my money back.
