Not a legit company
These shoes took forever to arrive. Once they did the company has pretty much refused to let me return for a refund. Even after they claim you have 45 days to return. *** Update. After replying to this review, the company claims that they will reach out to me. It is now 8/24/2026 and they have still not done a thing. The shoes are cheaply made. Just don't make the mistake I made and go somewhere else to buy them.

Shoes are not as advertised SCAM!
Shoes are not as advertised and a total rip-off. I can't return them if they're not comfortable, because there's no defect in their, the company's, eyes!! NO SIDE TOE BOX,NOT SUPPORTIVE, NOT ORTHOPEDIC... but they are a scam and make crap shoes for highway robbery! Buyer beware!!!!!

Like all of the other comments I got my…
Like all of the other comments I got my shoes they were way too small and extremely uncomfortable and their returns quoted me at $20-$40 to return back. Even though they tout themselves for easy returns. It's a scam don't fall for it! I found better non-slip shoes on amazon that don't hurt my feet and accept free returns even if they didn't work out...

RUN DON'T BUY
RUN! Don't but these SHOES- SCAM ALERT! The shoes are flimsy take weeks to arrive and do not provide the support a person needs who has neuropathy or foot issues. The return poliy is a joke! T QR code doesn't work and they make you jump through hoops to return if that ever happens!

Theyre garbage shoes
Theyre garbage shoes. My feet hurt more wearing these shoes to work. So false advertising and now I cant get my money back. FU*K THIS COMPANY.

The shoes are poor quality
The shoes are poor quality! Beware they are form China, so if you want to return them you have to pay to ship them back. I'm giving mine to Goodwill. Below are the options I was given. Before you decide, I’d also like to offer you a few alternative options that many customers find easier than completing an international return: Option 1 Keep the shoes and receive a 10% refund on the product cost, with no return required. Option 2 Receive a 50% store credit toward another pair that may fit more comfortably or better match the color/style you expected. No return required. Option 3 We can send you FREE replacement pairs in a more suitable size or even a different style for a small $14.95 shipping contribution (2 pairs). Keep the current shoes or donate them.

They lie
They lie, the toes are narrow and I have bunyons, no returns, nightmare, no help, just lies after lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They want you to send back to China which is ridiculous even though shipped from Florida. Please stay away from this company!! Nothing buy LIES!!!

SCAM ALERT...DO NOT PURCHASE!!
SCAM ALERT...DO NOT PURCHASE!! I work in the medical field working long hours and now suffering from plantar fasciitis, so I ordered a couple of pairs of sneakers and inserts in April 2026. Immediately once I received the package, I informed their customer service I needed to return the order because the shoes did not fit well and I did not like how they were made. As someone else mentioned: I was offered the 10% refund and 50% credit for a future purchase. Insanity!! When I refused the offer because I had NO intentions to purchase anything moving forward and 10% refund was CRAZY...I was advised I would have to pay the return cost in order to receive my full refund, and the return was to be shipped to CHINA, although it shipped to me from a nearby warehouse within my state. I sent the pictures of the products as I was told to do along with the package tracking number once shipped. $92+ of shipping cost later, the tracking stops once cleared by customs. That was in Mid May, still no refund received to date, and we are now approaching mid June. THE RETURN POLICY DID NOT SPECIFY THAT RETURNS WOULD HAVE TO BE SHIPPED TO CHINA, LEAVING CUSTOMERS TO BELIEVE IT WOULD BE SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE US. ROYALLY SCREWED AND AN EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED.
