Very easy to order, can’t wait to try them out!!!
The site was easy to navigate, each style of shoe was clearly described with ample pics showing each shoes unique designs!! Ordering was very easy, with additional payment plans also available!! The only thing that was unusual was that there wasn’t an option to decline the shipping insurance…but with such a quality product, it’s understandable that you would want your order protected!! All said, it’s been a very positive experience ordering from Orthora!!!!

It was really easy
It was really easy. I hope these shoes work for me. I’ve never bought orthopedic shoes before. I’m used to Nike or New Balance. They wear down so fast and hurt my feet and back.

The product I placed order for is not available. Took support time to inform me. I placed 2 pairs with my order. Received email stating my order had been shipped. Only to now review my emails that only one pair was mailed out and the other was delayed.
Response from Orthora FootwearAug 2, 2026
Hi Jav, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and confusion caused by the delayed availability update and the communication regarding your shipment. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a shipping notification and then discover that only one pair had been sent while the other pair was delayed. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to look into this and make things right. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate your order using the information available in your review. Please email us your order number, the full name used for the purchase, or the email address used at checkout so our team can review the details and assist you as quickly as possible. You can reach us at [email protected]. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We look forward to assisting you and working toward a resolution. Orthora Footwear
