I have tried every orthotic including very expensive custom insoles from the podiatrist and nothing ever worked for plantar fasciitis. This is the first ones that actually worked for me. I have been pain free for 3 months. The first time in years. I would highly recommend for people with high arch plantar fasciitis.

From the order process to the actual product, everything has been great. They fit well into all types of shoes and can be worn all day in comfort. Ive only had them for a little over a week, but I anticipate I will be looking to purchase more in the near future.

The insoles solve a problem that other manufacturers don't want to address which is support for people with pronation problems. I have been a pronator all my life, insoles with support allow me to run amongst other things without getting injured, I used to buy insoles of the shelf with good results, but I no longer find any. Fortunately Orthoflex is coming to the rescue, I have their soles in 3 pairs of different walking shoes and I can feel and see an improvement in my feet posture. I have still to try them running, but they are similar to others I have had before so I see no reason why they should not work. The only minus is that in one of my pair of shoes the insole's support sits slightly in the wrong place and there is no form to correct this, but overall I can't complain about anything else.

The insoles made it so my feet didn't hurt! I have a few pair of shoes that don't have the arch support I need. My feet roll inward pretty drastically which makes them hurt if I go barefoot or wear flat soled shoes. I didn't event have to "break them in". I wore them all day the first time I tried them and loved them!
