I am writing this on Jan 3/2026. My plantar fasciatis has effectively been cured by these insoles over the last six weeks.

Great business. I received their insoles as a Christmas gift but they were too small. Their support team replied very quickly and replaced them despite not having a receipt.

I received my insoles several weeks ago. I got lucky and they were a perfect fit. I did not have to do any cutting. I wear them everyday. They are comfortable. I noticed that my feet, ankles, knees, and hips do not hurt after a long day.

These insoles are a game changer for me. I am in construction and my feet no longer hurt after a long day of work. The arch support is robust and seems like it will hold up a long time.

The Orthoflexx Max inserts were a little much and wobbly. I felt afraid of losing my balance. I wanted to return them, but Orthoflexx proposed a different solution. They sent me a pair of Lite inserts to try and keep if both if I wanted. So far, so good. The Lite inserts are great! I'm happy with them.

At first they were uncomfortable but after a week I love them.

Unterirdischer, unorganisierter Kundenservice. Anfang Dezember bestellt, Ware im Wert von ca. 70 € nie erhalten. Habe den Kundenservice über mehrere Wochen hinweg mehrmals kontaktiert. Teils wurde ich wochenlang bis zur nächsten Nachfrage ignoriert, zweimal wurde mir eine Rückerstattung versprochen. Geschehen ist nichts. Ich bleibe nun wohl auf den Kosten sitzen und der ganze Ärger war umsonst. Einlagen habe ich mir inzwischen von Amazon besorgt - mit diesen bin ich zufrieden. Die Produkte von Orthoflexx kann ich leider nicht beurteilen.
