I had severe shin splits, I tried almost very other sole from stores, I play soccer almost 2 times a week and my shins would hurt so bad that I had trouble walking. But with firm arc I can see the big difference, no more pain in my shins. Highly recommend

Bin über Instagram darauf aufmerksam geworden und habe mir 2 Paar bestellt. Ich trage diese jetzt seit ca. 1 Woche regelmäßig und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Gefühl der Unterstützung meiner Fußsohle ist sehr angenehm (Spreiz-/Senkfuss), über Langzeitverbesserungen kann ich noch nichts berichten. Ich habe zusätzlich über das Angebot noch die Sohlen mit moderater Unterstützung gekauft, sind auch angenehm zu tragen. Allerdings löst sich beim Einlegen der Sohle, wenn man diese etwas verbiegt um sie besser reinzubringen etwas leicht die Sohle vom stabilen Kunststoffkorpus. Ansonsten aber gutes Produkt.

You definitely need time to adjust to the insoles. I feel more comfortable walking but the pain and swelling in my ankles is still there. I’m sure that with some more time these symptoms will be gone as well.
