So far the insoles are great! I’m 42 years old, had a total knee replacement a couple years ago. I’ve been working on building myself back up from the ground up. I just got through playing almost 2 hours of Pickleball in the Houston Texas heat and feet and knees feel great! I’m just wishing I had bought a few more pairs so that I wouldn’t have to move them around so much. I do feel like they elevate your heel a little bit too much in certain shoes which makes it where your foot wants to slip out a bit in vans slip on style shoes. Anything with laces you should be good to go.
