Absolutely horrible fit. I have a thin greyhound mix. I did measurements like the video said, they even called to verify measurements before shipping, I sent photos. Up till then I got great customer service. But when the product got her, I watched their videos and others on YouTube, no way will this brace stay on my dogs leg. The minute she lays down it slides below the knee. I have reached out to customer service with 4 emails including photos and video and the won’t respond back. Horrible waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In 2020, my then 11-year-old dog was diagnosed with a torn cruciate ligament. I was hesitant to put my not-so-spring-chickeny pupper through major surgery. This brace was highly recommended by vet tech friend and seemed worth a try. The dog had unusual proportions, but a tailor made the necessary alterations for less than $15. The Cruciate Care Knee Brace gave my aging but still-wanting-to-be-active dog more than two years of much improved mobility and quality of life. Thank you for this wonderful product and the joy it made possible for my dog.

What an amazing company! I ordered a brace for my 14-year-old dog Molly, who had surgery on her cruciate ligament when she was 10 years old (to the tune of $2,500+) and has recently injured the same ligament. Our vet is "on vacation" for 2 weeks and we needed immediate care for Molly. Our vet (well, an assistant because Molly's vet was on vacation) gave us 3 options: put your dog down (NOT an option in our opinion unless she is suffering), get additional surgery, (not really an option because her ligament is torn where you repaired it 3 years ago and she is almost 14, so putting her under anesthesia

In 2019 Tansy tore one of her back ACLs and the following year, she tore the other back ACL; both were corrected with surgery. However, after that she began developing arthritis in her back and hips. Over the last several months, the signs of aging and the arthritis have quickly caught up with Tansy. She has been having a very difficult time moving around or standing for any length of time. Her front paws began to deform, likely in part due to her compensating for the pain and deformation in her back end. An Aunt told us about OrthoDog and said it had worked wonders for their dog. We knew we had to try it in hopes of giving Tansy a better quality of life for whatever time she has left. Tansy doesn't necessarily like wearing it, and she acts like a bit of a baby about it, but it has been nothing short of a wonderful little miracle seeing our sweet fur-baby being able to move around better, after only a few days of wearing the brace. It's still obvious in her mobility that Tansy is 15 years old, but the Orthodog brace has brought a little bit of her spark back as she seems to be in less pain and able to move around more freely. For all of that, we are extremely grateful and feel the brace is worth every penny! The customer service has also been fantastic - from verifying measurements so we make sure to order the correct size, to consulting on the fit of the brace after we received it. We ordered the hip ortho support brace for our 14 year old poodle with hip issues. The company was great. They called after I ordered to clarify the size of my dog since I had mistakenly inputted the wrong weight. My dog still has issues but the brace provides support to his back legs and makes it easier for him to walk on wood floors, with less slippage. He appears to like it and will wear it the entire day. Thanks

My honest review is that they are such a scamers. I just order 400$ dls dog brace and they just took my money . No product no money back.

I am so so thankful for the CCL brace it saved me 4000 bucks on my dog not having surgery, and with a lot of work my dog is heale. He tore his ACL last April, after 2 vets saying he needed surgery I found the brace from Orthodog. It was the best money I have spent in years. It was a lot of work but I would do it this way over surgery any day!!! Thank you orthodog so much

**** Buyer be aware the straps that hold the knee brace and ankle brace are not tear-dog-chewing resistant **** Considering the "users"(dogs)will likely try to chew it, that is quite surprising. I am aware that there is no chew-proof material. The website only mentions that the material is "Nylon." Like some dog leashes are "chewing resistant" more than others, the Cruciate Care Knee Brace's straps should be. The material is out there. The thin Nylon should be replaced with better material. For customer service, it is excellent when you can talk to a person. The automated message suggests using email for a faster response when you don't. You will need to keep on phoning to talk to a person. When I did talk to someone and asked why is hard to get to talk to some, the answer was that their team is small. My opinion is that if there is not enough staff to answer the phone, adding staff is a needed. It seems you will need to be around your dog at all times until the dog "accepts" the brace and likely will not chew it. This note is found on their website: "... The Cruciate Care Knee Brace should always be removed at night so that the skin can breathe. Please also remove the Cruciate Care Knee Brace if you are crating your dog or leaving them unattended. ..." I was offered a used/donated knee brace, which was nice. I only had to pay for shipment.
