Ortho DogReviews of orthodog.com

Just ordered my dog Chopper, Ortho Dog’s Cruciate Care Knee Brace. Not only did Elsa and Karen both reach out in person with questions about the fitting. Karen spoke with me many times live on the phone and through text to make sure everything was perfect. It has not been easy to watch Chopper getting older. However, when there are companies still out there that truly care like Otho Dog. It makes these trying time just a bit easier. 🇺🇸⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸 Thank you Elsa and Karen!!! -Jeff

Customer service is top notch! My senior dog tore her CCL late on a Thursday night. After an ER vet, I searched for a brace that could help her stabilize her leg while she healed. I contacted ortho dog on a Friday morning and not only did she walk me through measuring and ordering the right size, she also let me pick it up in person later that afternoon. I live about 75 minutes from their manufacturing shop. Love that that this business is woman owned and made in the USA. My dog has used the brace for about 5 weeks to stabilize while walking.

So grateful for these wraps! My border collie wouldn’t be walking so strongly today if it weren’t for these wraps!

Started with great customer service. Assistance in measuring my poodle for correct sizing and once brace was delivered made sure that we fitted it properly. 12 weeks in and Princess is doing great. She is getting short walks without her brace on but we will continue to use it for the full 16 weeks. So glad we found this solution

The wrist wraps that I purchased for my aging dog really helps her. Orthodog makes a really good product. These wraps have not deteriorated at all and I have had them for about two years. The velcro closure is still fully intact. I just ordered support raps for my dog's back legs. The reason I ordered them from Orthodog is that the wrist wraps that I purchased have worked out very well. These products are superior to others on the market and are reasonably priced.

My dog, Chris, had a partial CCL tear in his right knee last year. I chose to try the brace before surgery since it was only a partial tear. The brace worked!! His right knee healed completely in only a few months! This company worked with me to get the brace fit right. They respond quickly and truly care about helping you after the purchase. They work to make sure you're satisfied. Yesterday Chris hurt his left knee. Hopefully it is just a sprain or another partial tear. I immediately ordered just the left leg and anchor portion of the brace because I already have the harness from purchasing the full brace for his right leg last year. They put my order in the mail right away. I highly recommend Ortho Dog braces and have the highest praise for their customer service. They have saved my dog months of pain and rehab, and saved me literally thousands of dollars in vet and rehab bills. A+ company!

I had 2 dogs tear their cruciate ligaments years apart. We could not afford the surgery, so I researched braces and found Ortho Dog. Karen was wonderful both times. She answered all of my questions, and she made sure I measured my dogs correctly to get the proper fit. It does take patience on the dog owners part to get the dog to walk in the brace, but don’t give up. Once the dog realizes they can bear weight with the brace on, they will bear weight. Our recent dog tore his cruciate in October 2025. He is now walking twice a day again in the brace. He just knows the brace is part of his routine. He presently has a slight limp without the brace, but he is doing great! My first dog wore two braces because she tore both, but she too healed well without surgery and eventually walked again without the braces. Ortho Dog braces allowed us to help our dogs heal without surgery and we love the customer service! You can call Ortho Dog with any questions and they are happy to help. Thank you Karen for your compassion and love for our pets!

Thank you so much to all of you at Orthodog! My Mandy is doing amazingly well. I know this will take time for her to completely heal but I'm thrilled with her behavior. I thank the good Lord for HE has answered my prayers. Mandy is so receptive to the harness and is able to leasurely walk, something she hasn't done in weeks. Bless you all at Orthodog for taking the time to design and manufacture these harnesses to help aid in the healing process for all our dogs in need. I've already recommended your harnesses to others.
