Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, I had an issue with a pair of shoes and I immediately received an email from customer service who worked with me to sort out the issue. Comfortable shoes, good business model in my opinion. I'd return as a customer.

Inconsistent Sizing and Misleading Return Charges
I've been a longtime customer of Origo. I have three different pairs of Origo shoes, and I recommend them to others. However, I ordered the Derbys in the same size as my others, and they were much larger. They also looked noticeably more clown-like than the others. When I emailed the company to return them, they told me that they would send a pre-paid label. After the return, I was charged for the shipping as well as a restocking fee. This was like a gut punch. I messaged their team, but they were unwillingly to do anything or process it as an exchange for another pair. Very disappointing. I'll reconsider purchasing from them in the future.

I really love wearing Origo Sandals/Shoes
I have purchased quite a few sandals from Origo Shoes and they are a fantastic company with awesome shoes/footwear I love to wear nearly everyday. I have never had any issues with any of my orders with Origo Shoes. I will probably purchase more Origo sandals/shoes in the future when I need new pairs of these comfy sandals/shoes. Thanks!
