I recently ordered a custom-built Neuron PC from ORIGIN PC and I am genuinely very happy with both my PC and my overall experience. The PC arrived safely, was carefully packaged and in good condition. ORIGIN's team went above and beyond by stress testing the system before shipment and making sure Windows was installed as cleanly as possible. A clear and easy to follow guide also came with the shipment, making the set up process as a first time buyer easy to follow. After getting the PC set up, I have noticed no issues and the system has been running great. Since it was my first time ordering a custom-built PC, I was somewhat wary of how my experience might turn out. However, I had also heard great things about this company and I can say I ended up having a great experience. I also want to specifically recognize Eddy Hernandez from the ORIGIN PC support team. He was responsive, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated his willingness to answer my questions regarding my PC build and setup. His communication gave me confidence that my PC was being handled with care. Overall, I am very impressed with both the quality of the PC and the level of customer support I received. I would confidently recommend ORIGIN PC to anyone looking for a high performance custom-built PC. And I especially appreciate the excellent support I received from Eddy.

Had an issue with my order and Flex helped me through it, hopefully everything works out. The issue was not on their end but I did wish they did inform me of it sooner but it is fine. But once we figured out the problem everything worked out.

Bought an Origin laptop on a friend's recommendation. It was defective. It was doing little things that I worked around for a while, but the problems got worse pretty quickly and it started randomly sounding an alarm and then suddenly powering off without shutting down among other issues, such as the trackpad periodically not working. (I could usually get it to start working again without restarting if I used the arrow keys.) It would take numerous attempts to restart it when it crashed. It was unusable. To get warranty service, I had to ship it back to them. They wouldn't discuss replacing it until they inspected it. They kept it for weeks and then sent it back to me without having diagnosed or solved the problems. They said they added a bit of thermal paste which should solve the problem. I asked how not enough thermal paste would account for the list of issues I told them, but they dismissed my concerns. They sent it by the slowest possible ground shipping method. Of course it wouldn't even start up when I got it back. So they made me ship it back a second time so that they could inspect it to see if I was telling the truth, and now it was around the holidays. So they put off even looking at it. After MANY calls and emails, they finally inspected it and decided it was in fact defective and that they'd have to replace it and told me how lucky I was that I was getting a new computer. But since it was around the holidays, I would have to be patient since they'd have to build a new one and they weren't working a full schedule... I ended up without my computer for over two months, which was obviously very inconvenient. They couldn't have cared less. So the new one comes and it sort of works. The track pad doesn't work properly in different ways than the first. The computer doesn't follow the power settings and goes to sleep/shuts off according to its own set of rules. I wouldn't accept this level of performance from a Dell off the shelf. They're so difficult to deal with that I'm going to replace this new laptop because I constantly have to worry about it. I use it for work and it's more of a problem switching to a replacement indefinitely if I were to try to use the warranty. Giant waste of money. Origin has jumped the shark.

This was my first time buying a prebuilt and I was not disappointed. In normal circumstances I would've DIY'd, but with the price hikes in RAM and GPU, Origin's prebuilt models turned out to be much more cost-efficient. Despite the plethora of horror stories online regarding prebuilts arriving with broken parts, the shipment arrived on time and intact (only the AIO cover snapped off, though it could easily be reattached). My sales rep, Jay F., was also very responsive and active in updating me on my shipment status. The Millennium chassis looks great and is built like a tank. The PC booted up and all parts performed as expected without throttling. What I appreciate the most is Origin choosing not to skimp on parts, such as using the ROG X870E Dark Hero mobo and a PCie 5.0 SSD. If there's anything to nitpick it would be not including a GPU sag bracket, though even that isn't too serious of an issue for the compact 5090 FE. If I ever decide to get another prebuilt, Origin would be my go-to!
