I been looking into building my own PC for a long time, and I have to say this company is the best place for any pc building and the experience is amazing. Great customer service. I went through and started building a custom pc through ORIGIN and it has been a very good experience. It is easy to build to my prefered specs. The selection of parts is so organized and simplified to my prefered build. I also have to say, the customer service is so fast in answering questions and it is always straight to the point. I made contact with my service provider Eddy, and they answered my questions and made it so simplified and professional. This is by far the best place for all PC build products and needs.

I ordered a Neuron before I knew the Arachnid existed! I absolutely love it. It was Friday evening, and I figured there was no way I could cancel it. Fortunately, Eddy Hernandez (Customer Service) was available, placed a cancellation request, and I get to place my Arachnid order on Monday! Grateful for the fast response outside of working business hours.

I worked with Eddy H., who was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of my concerns. He volunteered to follow up on a specific Sles matter and promptly get back to me on their response. I was very impressed with him going the extra effort to help.
