I had such a wonderful experience with this company! I was ordering a watch as a gift and was in a rush. I accidentally forgot to select expedited shipping, and as soon as I realized my mistake, I emailed customer service. To my surprise, they responded within minutes, corrected my order, and made sure it was shipped in time. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, the watch arrived before I needed it. Honestly,I picked this company out of curiosity. My husband doesn’t normally wear watches. He actually only owned one, a military compass watch he only wore during deployments. I had seen a few ads for Original Grain, and thought, “Who really buys stuff from a Facebook ad?” But then I kept seeing them more. I couldn’t help but seeing how beautiful and different they looked. So, I figured I’d try one. I can’t tell you how glad I am that we did. Now, he’s almost never not wearing a watch. That’s all he asks for. Valentine’s? Watch. Anniversary? Watch. Christmas? Maybe 2. He has a total of NINE watches now. Our two oldest sons each have one. My dad has one. My youngest will when he’s old enough. These aren’t just watches. They’re art. Beyond that, if you ever need customer service help, it is top tier. And I mean Penthouse Level top tier. They will stop at nothing to make sure you’re satisfied. I’ve only had two issues (neither of which were through their fault), yet they fixed both issues promptly and to my satisfaction. They’ll always have a customer with us.

I have the whiskey barrel watch and the time setting dial broke. Zero hesitation, they took care of me and sent me a replacement. Talk about customer service! In 2026, just amazing.

I have been trying since 6/7/2026 to get an issue resolved. I purchased a watch for my husband and it doesn’t work. Original Grain has requested a video of the watch not running before they will work with me. I have made multiple attempts to send the video for some reason their system doesn’t accept a video recorded on an iPhone 16. I have sent the video by email and Dropbox as requested and no response. To require a video to document that the watch doesn’t work seems a bit much. I just want to return the useless watch and have it replaced.
