I’ve bought more than 5 watches from OG plus accessories and would have liked to continue buying new products but I’ve encountered a horrible experience with my latest purchase. I’d like to consider myself an influencer as I mention the business numerous times with those that comment on my watches but I purchased the Mahogany Silver Steel Minimalist 40MM August of last year and it’s completely fallin apart. The wood edging broke and the watch winding dial has fell out so I can’t use even use it.
Warranty was for 12 months and the watch fell apart at month 13 but no honor in replacing.

Do NOT buy from this company!
I ordered a watch and never heard anything until I called to find out they didn't have my selected watch. Why was I able to order it? Why did I have to call to find out they didn't have it? Their solution - get a credit, without a discount, for another watch or cancel for a refund. Just terrible customer service!

I place an order with this company back…
I place an order with this company back in April and shipping was delayed. It was one excuse after another for 2 months. I finally canceled my order. I then decided to give this company another chance and placed an order the first part of July. Well here we go again. The watch has still not shipped and the excuse this time is they are moving there warehouse and shipping is delayed because of this. When I placed this order nothing was said about shipping delays or warehouse issues. So far my experiences with this company are terrible to say the least. If it does not ship in a few days I will be Canceling again and never doing business with them again. They should let there customers know up front when placing an order that there are shipping delays and warehouse issues. Gave them two chances to gain my business and will not give them a third chance or ever recommend them to anyone after this.

Waited for weeks
I'm sure the watches are great, and the order process was simple. But, after waiting for weeks, I can't really tell, since I still haven't received my watch. There were no indications of a prolonged waiting time when ordering. After waiting for more than two weeks, I finally contacted support to check what's going on, since I still haven't received a tracking number. Then, and only then, did they inform me that my watch still wasn't even on its way, because they had moved warehouses. Now that's fine and all; delays happen! But with absolutely no information, I expected to have my watch here now, and I was planning on it. That's dissapointing. The fact that I had to wait for two weeks before they even told me (*after* I had to contact them myself) reflects badly upon this company, in my personal opinion. I'm very dissapointed, because I was planning on using this watch by now. Had I known it would take many weeks before the watch even shipped, I would have ordered from someone else.
I feel it's very unserious to not notify the customers before they make a purchase, because I'm sure you knew about the change in warehouse. If you had told me, I could have planned for this. Now I'm without a watch, and have to spend money elsewhere, because I have no idea how long it will take. The support gave me a rather generic answer to my query, and could not tell me when it will be shipped.
The support was fast, friendly and responsive, but that doesn't help much when they have no real answer for me. I will probably look elsewhere for watches in the future, even if this probably is a one-time issue due to moving warehouses, for two reasons: 1) They didn't let me know about the delays upfront, and 2) They can't say when my watch will be shipped.
Since it's from the US, I probably have to wait another month, at least.

Bad experience with OG
Bad experience with OG. My wife bought a watch that was too big, apparently it was a final sale. They refuse to entertain an exchange or refund. No phone number to contact customer service. Very disappointing experience. They are not concerned with satisfying the customer and building long term relationships.

A terrible company, an awful product and a rip off.
Original Grain is an internet marketing company posing as a watch brand. They sell cheap Chinese watches (no more than $30), repackage them and charge $300. Look at Alibaba.com - you can find their watches there. In fact, if you visit Enter China (enterchina.io) - Original Grain is a case study, they literally help them source cheap watches, rebrand them and sell them for up $300 dollars.
Worse, when the product is defective, they refuse to refund it. They then block you from any channels of communication. I've tried to raise several issues via Facebook (as email is a dead end) and they blocked me.
If you're lured in by Original Grain, please do your research. Visit the Better Business Bureau and read the comments on social media. Or just buy from China direct. You'll save $250+ dollars.
