These watches are absolutely beautiful, well-crafted and work perfectly. While the designs are similar, due to the different wood, they all wear differently and compliment a wide range of styles from casual to formal. I have never had an issue where I needed to call customer service, but I can say that response to purchases is immediate, and delivery is very quick. In addition, every purchase of reclaimed wood products results in a new tree planting, which is a great way to care for the planet. This is a great company with a great product and a giving spirit. I am a long-time customer with many products (watches and accessories, and the quality is top of the line.

These watches exceeded all expectations. The presentation of the watches in their case makes for a nice display. If you keep it or give as a gift, you will not be disappointed.

I am quite satisfied with the watch I've received. I bought the "whiskey espresso barrel 46 mm". It took a bit longer than I expected to arrive, but the package looked really neat when it arrived. I am very pleased with the watch looks and it fits very nice. I've gotten several comments of friends and family over the last few weeks, saying they really like the watch! I would definitely advise Original Grain's watches to other people!

Why would you buy a 300-400 dollar watch that doesn’t have a phone number? They don’t have recommendations on how to fix broken bands. Just send them an email and hope they get back to you. I would say save your money and go to a jeweler and buy a watch that you can get fixed there. No way would o send my watch clear across the US just to get fixed.

I ordered a TRD Pro Watch and emailed constantly for over three (3) weeks and either no response or promises of ship dates never met. No phone to call just email address. After requesting cancellation after a week they finally did. Now waiting for full refund. Stay away.
